How did Harlem rapper and aficionado of all things pink, Cam'ron, feel when Nike released those pink Foamposites? In the latest episode of "Sneaker Shopping" from Complex, he intimates that he doesn't much care for the co-sign of the sportswear brand.

"I don't need Nike to validate me," Cam says on the subject of the shoes. "I wake up in the morning, I validate myself. At the end of the day, I'm glad to see that after I wore [pink] it kinda took off."

He goes on to say that he's making his connection with the color official by teaming up with Pantone to create a shade called "Killa Pink." Cam'ron also mentions that his upcoming album, and second collaboration with Reebok, will be called the same.
