Hoping to make some new history in the coming weeks, LeBron James revisited a little of his old history for today's NBA Finals practice.
James showed up to Oracle Arena wearing a "Rookie of the Year" Nike Air Zoom Generation PE celebrating his 20-5-5 averages from his first season. James didn't chance an on-court mishap with the 12-year old sneakers — he switched into the current Nike LeBron 13 Elite for the actual session.
In recent years, fans and even LeBron himself have expressed desire to see an Air Zoom Generation retro. However, Nike seems poised to ride things out with current models for the time being.
