A Live Unboxing of the Air Jordan 6 Designed by Macklemore

What getting your hands on a $14,000 shoe looks like.

In 2014, Jordan Brand officially teamed up with recording artist Macklemore. The partnership not only resulted in the rapper performing during the Jordan Brand Classic high school showcase, but he was also given the opportunity to design limited edition Air Jordans of his own.

The result, two colorways of the Air Jordan 6. Green and red-based designs were marked with a shark logo on the heel as a nod to Macklemore's Shark Face Gang crew. According to the Seattle native, Michael Jordan wasn't particularly thrilled with the shoes, referring to them as "some Christmas shit."

Despite Jordan's disapproval, there are fans of the friends and family retros who are willing to spend big bucks to add them to their collection. In fact, there's a pair on-hand at sneaker shop Stadium Goods currently listed at $14,000. That's a little too rich for our blood, but they were nice enough to let us stop by for an unboxing on Facebook live. If you missed the first run, you can check out the replay above. Be sure to like Sole Collector on Facebook for future Facebook Live events.
