Stephon Marbury Releases Commercial For His Sneaker Comeback

Starbury, the budget sneaker company led by Stephon Marbury, is coming back. The latest promise the man behind the line has made on Twitter is that the next wave of shoes will be releasing on Labor Day.

Accompanying that announcement is a "commercial" for the shoes, embedded below, that looks to be taken on a cell phone.

The sneakers have light-up soles that the hoops legend says last up to eight hours.

In his latest stream of tweets about the shoes, Marbury says that his line will extend beyond just shoes and will offer "everything that Nike sells." There's no doubt that some of the stuff they're making looks rather like what Nike sells—the light-up shoe in the video below is basically a knockoff of the Nike Flyknit Air Max.
