Nike co-founder and chairman Phil Knight revealed today that he's got a shoe collection smaller than that of most sneakerheads.

"I have about 50 pairs of sneakers in my closet," Knight said in an interview on CNBC. "I have a small closet."

Knight appeared on the network's Squawk on the Street to talk about his memoir Shoe Dog, out today.

While discussing his humble rotation, Knight mentioned that for the most part he still wears the Nike Pegasus. He also imparted some wisdom that could work wonders for the wallets of sneaker collectors around the world with, "I only have two feet."
