When Jordan Brand announced the creation of their Remastered program, the first question on many collectors’ minds was whether or not “Nike Air” would be returning. And true to their word, if the original Air Jordan colorway had it, so did the Remaster. So, while shoes like the “Oreo” and “Columbia” 4s never had “Nike Air” in the first place, the “Cements” returned to their original glory.

These new “Nike Air” edition retros, and even earlier ones like the ’88 AJ3 must be killing the resale prices of past Jumpman-only retros. Right? Not so fast.
