It's possible that the sneaker is part of a "City Pack" run that is deeper than originally reported—@J23app spotted a shirt yesterday featuring a list of cities longer than those already confirmed as tying-in with this retro.
For now, the shoe is only listed on Foot Locker's European site, which indicates that it could be a design for London or Paris. The shoe has "75" embroidery at the collar, further adding to the confusion here.
According to Foot Locker Europe, this pair releases on April 9. Some clarification on the launch should arrive before then.
