The Air Jordan 12 seems to be a point of focus for Jumpman in 2016, as we’ve already seen a few marquee versions of the shoe hit the scene over the past couple of months. But, for fans of the 12, the fun is just getting started, with Jordan Brand set to release the coveted “French Blue” Jordan 12s for the first time in over a decade.
The last time ‘heads got a chance to cop what is considered to be one of the best Retro 12 colorways was way back in 2004, when His Airness had just hung up his playing sneakers for the third and final time the year prior. Now, nearly 12 years later, the silhouette makes its much-anticipated return—and it’s not alone.
Part of the latest Game Plan from Champs Sports, the French Blue Collection will, of course, feature the main attraction in the Retro 12 “French Blue”, but it will also be flanked by a series of apparel and other footwear in a similar color palette for a complete look. The beauty of the AJ 12 “French Blue,” after all, is it’s versatility as far as what you can wear the shoe with. But for safe measure, the brand has put out some dope Jumpman attire to get the ball rolling. While a majority of the collection is currently available for purchase at your local Champs store, the shoe itself will hit shelves on April 9. See below for a price breakdown.
