When you're as good at something as Stephen Curry is at basketball, achievements are often honored in grandiose ways. While he'll likely have his own statue in Oakland someday, Curry has already been immortalized at the world famous Madame Tussauds Wax Museum.
Yesterday, Curry was present for the official unveiling of his wax statue, which will be on display at the San Francisco location. The accuracy of the statue is startling — down to the actual Under Armour Curry One sneakers inscribed by Curry himself.
"I don't know how you could actually dream about something like this," Curry told ESPN about seeing his likeness in wax. "You look at the detail and all that goes into a wax figure, so pretty special."
