What sneaker store you know has been the game for 20 years? Offspring in the U.K. has, and it's celebrating two decades of peddling footwear with the Asics Gel Lyte V.
The shoe's tonal colorway draws its inspiration from the the cobblestone streets and piazza of Covent Gardens, where the first Offspring store opened its doors in 1996. The liner references the store's first color palette while the insole has the Japanese symbol for 20.
This Asics Gel Lyte V, which is the first entry in a two-part project this year from Offspring and the Japanese sneaker brand, releases at all Offspring stores (except for the Camden location) on Friday, March 25 for £115. The sneakers will also be available from Offspring online at a random time come Friday.
