Nike brought out a brand new signature sneaker at today's Innovation Summit in the Air Zoom KD 9.
The shoe was teased earlier in the week, but now readers can get a detailed look at the Flyknit-equipped model.
The upper is a first for Durant's line, using a honeycomb structure intended to react to quick lateral cuts. On bottom this design has tapered Zoom Air that was developed during a three-year wear-test process. The Zoom unit starts at 16 millimeters at the heel and slims to 10 at the toe.
The Nike Air Zoom KD 9 ($150) releases on June 20. Kevin Durant will debut the sneaker at the Rio 2016 Olympics.
