Since the inception of the line, "Wings" have been part of the Air Jordan story. They were branded on the Air Jordan 1, portrayed on Michael Jordan's most famous Nike poster and inspire this upcoming Air Jordans 12.
The colorway here is a straightforward "Playoffs" look that features gold accents, with one of them replacing the "Jumpman" text of the retail pair with "Wings." This pair was originally rumored to be a collaboration with rapper Macklemore, but Jordan Brand sources have confirmed that's not the case.
