A man is out three pounds of heroin and three pairs of sneakers after a drug bust at New York's JFK airport, Fox 29 reports.

On Feb. 24, Customs and Border Patrol officers stopped Perez Beltran, who was arriving at JFK from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. In an inspection, the officers discovered a pair of sneakers that felt unusually heavy, stuffed with a powdery substance that tested positive for heroin. Officers found two more pairs, seizing three pounds of heroin in total with an estimated street value of $90,000.

Beltran's smuggling sneaker of choice? It looks like he went with the Air Force 1, although there aren't many photos available so the pairs pictured could be knockoffs.

Beltran is now facing federal narcotics smuggling charges.
