A sign that players are locked in for the postseason push, there was another 50-point performance in the NBA Thursday night. While it's a little less surprising when Stephen Curry is the player responsible for posting the big numbers, it's still an impressive feat.
On the end of the Florida back-to-back, the Warriors were challenged by the Orlando Magic, who led at halftime. However, Curry took over during the second half, tallying 24 of his 51 in the third quarter alone. In the end, Curry connected on 20 of his 27 shots, including 10-of-15 from three-point range, to lead the Warriors to a 130-114 road victory.
In addition to posting 51, Curry set a new NBA record after making a three-pointer in his 128th consecutive game. Safe to say he'll continue to build on that record for a while.
Curry's big game went down in the "Haight Street" Under Armour Curry Two, which is still available at stores and underarmour.com.
