The Nike Air Entertrainer name, given to the shoe seen here, seems more than just a portmanteau.
In what doesn't feel like a coincidence, the shoe has some design overlap with the Nike Air Yeezy line created by onetime Nike-affiliated entertainer Kanye West.
West has disparaged Nike plenty in recent years, and seeing as how an official comment on his words for CEO Mark Parker and the brand at large is unlikely, this might be the closest thing the sneaker world will get to a response. Alternatively, Nike could melt hypebeast minds by releasing the Air Yeezys again.
The shoe surfaces again here in a new off-white color officially billed as "phantom."
