The ongoing "best handles in the NBA" debate typically comes down to Stephen Curry and Kyrie Irving. Last night, the latter made his case against the Houston Rockets.
With the Cavs up 15 points in the 4th quarter, Irving closed the door on any comeback hopes with a double behind-the-back crossover on Patrick Beverley, quick switch dribble on Terrence Jones and a switch layup around James Harden. "Oh my goodness," said commentator Jeff Van Gundy as he watched the play develop. "Too too good," added Mike Tirico following a grunt.
It was a great moment for Irving and the Nike Kyrie 2, which was being worn in the "Inferno" colorway available now.
Irving led the Cavs with 23 points in a 91-77 victory.
