Fresh off the heels of the return of the "Aqua" Air Jordan 8 Retro, The Drop took look back at some of Michael Jordan's greatest moments in his eighth signature sneaker.

Putting the recently release retro aside, there were a lot of great moments of His Airness in the Air Jordan 8. There were also a few that many people forget about over 20 years later. Originally released in 1993, three colorways dropped and later became the final pairs Jordan would lace up on-court before he announced his first retirement with the Chicago Bulls. MJ rocked the "Playoff" edition en route to the Chicago Bulls third consecutive NBA championship and first three-peat.

Prior to all that, MJ continued his partnership with Warner Bros., specifically, Bugs Bunny. "Hare" Jordan could be seen wearing the white, black and true red colorway throughout numerous ad campaigns for the sneaker. In addition, Michael Jordan laced up the "Aquas" for the 1993 NBA All-Star Game.

You can see more of these moments at The Drop.
