Tonight, the Cleveland Cavaliers broke out their Hardwood Classics "Miracle of Richfield" uniforms against the Milwaukee Bucks, celebrating the mid-70s era of the franchise. Having some fun with the theme, LeBron James also turned back the clock, bringing back his famous headband and a pair of sneakers fit for the occasion.
James laced up his "Triple Double" Nike Zoom LeBron 2 PE, a shoe that had its nicknamed coined when the then 20-year old notched his very first triple-double wearing it on Jan. 19, 2005. In fact, the Cavs wore the same throwback uniforms in that game, showing just how mindful of history James is.
However, James ditched the 2s at halftime, telling TNT's Craig Sager that his feet have grown a little in the past 10 years. He switched into a new colorway of the Nike LeBron 13 and finished with 27 points, 9 rebounds and 7 assists in the Cavs' 115-100 victory.
