With advances in technology, sneaker advertising has mostly been reduced to social media and online videos. And while we all certainly enjoy the direct interaction with our favorite brands, it's easy to miss finding about new sneakers when thumbing through the pages of a magazine. Brands like Nike became advertising juggernauts by first raising the bar in print.
Enter Federico of MBROIDERED, a graphic artist who has dedicated a large part of his Instagram feed to making the impossible possible. Recently, the account shared several vintage-style Nike ads featuring some of today's most popular sneakers. How would auto-lacing Mags look advertised in a magazine?
