Concepts, the Boston-bred sneaker retail destination that's long been the source of some of the most exciting collaborations in the game, is no longer just a Massachusetts operation. The next phase of the store started a year ago, when CNCPTS NYC opened at 225 Hudson St. Since then, the space has been a pop-up one, open only on weekends and exclusively carrying the shop's latest special projects. That's all set to change this weekend though.

Beginning on Saturday, Nov. 21, CNCPTS NYC will transform into a full retail store. The spot will have the sort of sneaker offerings people have come to expect from Concepts, along with outerwear, plenty of Clarks, lesser-known Japanese t-shirt brands and more. While it opens this weekend, the store will be in flux over the next few months, with design upgrades coming to the interior and a greenhouse planned for out back.

The pop-up projects aren't completely going away. The shop's modular setup means it can be stripped and redesigned to suit special releases, so ornate build-outs will still coincide with certain release weekends. In fact, there should be a few of those at the store before the year's end.

Get a full look inside the new CNCPTS NYC space here, and watch for the store to open on Nov. 21 at 10 a.m. EST. There will be plenty of special sneakers up for grabs, including previously sold-out Concepts designs (like their Nike SB Dunk Low "Grail" complete with the wooden box), Yeezy Boosts and OVO Jordans.
