Tom Brady, an Under Armour endorser, isn't feeling Nike's massive new sponsorship deal with his University of Michigan alma mater.
"I think the Wolverines made a bad decision," a grinning Brady says while briefly discussing the deal in the above interview with Bloomberg from this week.
The motivation for Brady's disapproval is underlined by his next comment, where he praises Under Armour CEO Kevin Plank as one of his heroes.
The bad news for the Patriots star is there are many years ahead for the Michigan/Nike partnership – the deal lasts till 2027, with an option for an extension to 2031.
