Crossfit enthusiasts might want to take note as Nike is gearing up to drop a trio of all new colorways of its Metcon 1.

The Metcon 1, which made headlines a couple months back when it was banned from the Reebok CrossFit Games, can't even be marketed as a CrossFit sneaker because of Reebok's official partnership with CrossFit. As a work around, Nike is referring to this shoe as its high intensity trainer and its latest set of colors should appeal to a wide range of athletes. You have the "Volt" joints for those that like to get noticed in the gym, the "Cargo Khaki" for fans of earth toned kicks, and the "Black" versions for folks that just want a quality sneaker to train in.

This latest set of Metcon 1s are slated to drop on Thursday, October 1, and can be purchased direct from NikeStore.
