Nike Basketball has announced plans to unveil LeBron James' next signature model.
This Sunday, join Nike and King James himself as they take to Periscope, Twitter's live streaming social media platform, to unveil the LeBron XIII. While many in the sneaker community have already seen images of the new LeBrons, this will be the first time that the general public will be seeing the shoes. Considering the shoe has garnered mixed reactions thus far from those that have seen it, it'll iinteresting to hear the inspiration and thought process behind this latest silhouette. Nike has yet to announce a time for the event so we suggest keeping tabs on the @NikeBasketball account for official word.
UPDATE 9/27: According to Nike.com, the "An Evening With LeBron James" event at the University of Akron is scheduled to start at 6:30 p.m. Cleveland.com adds that the event will be preceded by a roundtable with LeBron and Nike designers at 5:00 p.m.
