DJ Khaled has given us glimpses into his infamous sneaker room in the past, but for the first time ever, he opened his vault for a full tour with Complex and Joe La Puma. The DJ/producer/restaurateur/sneakerhead revealed quite a bit about his collection, his love for sneakers, and even more nicknames over the course of the tour. Energy, greatness, pride, passion, blood, sweat and tears can all be seen in the room, according to DJ Khaled.


He never uses the proper nickname of a sneaker.


His love for sneakers didn’t just happen two or three years ago, and he still has older sneakers from earlier in his career.


He keeps MCM and Louis Vuitton bags filled with Jordans, to the point they couldn’t be closed.


He calls one wall of his sneakers “War Ready,” which includes both Nike and adidas Yeezy models, in case anyone wants to “sound clash.”


Jordan Brand gifted him a pair of White/Cement Air Jordan 3s with his “We The Best” logo on the heel, in place of the Nike Air/Jumpman logo.


He doesn’t wear too many high fashion sneakers unless they “GO.”


He's currently missing five sneakers and is in the midst of a "street investigation"


He has a secret pair of OVOs he can't show for "political reasons."


He may have a lot of sneakers, but Gucci slides are his footwear choice in the house.


He had a special designer put special wood in his sneaker room, negating the need for boxes, so he can see his hard work.


Despite having a dedicated sneaker closest, he still has another room completely filled with more sneakers.
