Since Converse is borrowing Nike's Lunar technology, it might as well take some other cues from its parent company's playbook.
This time it's picked up on the volt shade so often associated with the Swoosh for a new release of its Converse Chuck Taylor 2. The sneaker uses volt just about everywhere that it can on the upper, breaking only to let the iconic Converse patch on the side stay in its standard black and white.
This Converse Chuck 2 releases next Friday, Sep. 18, for $70 in its low "Ox" form and $75 in its high top form.
