Released in 1995, the Reebok Shaqnosis marked the start of the line's post-Pump era — to an extent. The model did exist with Instapump technology, but was never widely released to the public. Now, Shaquille O'Neal's hypnotic sig is officially getting the Pump upgrade and pulling style cues from the original.
The upcoming Reebok Pump Shaqnosis incorporates the pump and bladder system into the tongue of the shoe. Enthusiasts will notice that the colorway concept — alternating blue and white stripes, orange Pump, grey accents — is borrowed from the first ever Reebok Pump that launched in 1989.
Late last year, the Question underwent a similar transformation.
There's no release date for the Pump Shaqnosis yet, but retailers in the Philippines already have the shoe in stock.
UPDATE 6/18: The Reebok Pump Shaqnosis is available now at reebok.com for $150 and is set to launch globally on Friday, July 10.
