The "Nerf" Nike KD 4 release in 2011 changed Kevin Durant's signature line forever. It was arguably the first must-have KD sneaker beyond loyalists who had been around for the first three models. Today, it's still one of Campless' highest rated KDs, re-selling in the range of $1,500 - $2,000 for deadstock pairs.
For those who don't have that kind of loot, another "Nerf" option is on the way. The recently unveiled Nike KD Trey 5 III has surfaced in the playful scheme, which adds bright green and crimson accents to a purple base. There's also splatter print on the cross-strap, reminiscent of the original release.
Typically an Asia exclusive, the Nike KD Trey 5 III is expected to launch overseas soon.
