Sneaker companies have a tendency to take advantage of holidays for special releases, but Record Store Day isn't one that usually features exclusive footwear.
Leading the way there is this collab on the Puma R698 created by Footpatrol and underground record label Trax Couture. Not only did they create a sneaker celebrating the day, but they also teamed up for a limited edition 12" vinyl EP made right in London. The sneakers will come in a bespoke box complete with Trax Couture 3D printed USB lace jewel and custom printed tissue paper.
The Footpatrol x Trax Couture x Puma R698 will release in-store only on Saturday, April 18 at £80 via Footpatrol.
