The Cleveland Cavaliers can’t move up or down in the Eastern Conference, so playing key players against the Boston Celtics was just a matter of keeping legs fresh as the postseason nears. LeBron James only played 26 minutes, but somehow had one of his strongest #SoleWatch nights of the season.
Known to bring out a throwback pair or two each season, James started tonight’s game in an alternate ‘All-Star’ PE make-up of the Nike Zoom LeBron 3. He quickly switched to an all-new colorway of the LeBron 12, somewhat reminiscent of the ‘Crown Jewel’ 10 with its burgundy Hyperposite and red translucent sole.
James had 14 points, 3 rebounds and 7 assists before calling it a night in the Cavs’ 99-90 loss to the Celtics.
