The Nike Air Max 90 Patch "Infrared" will allow wearers to customize their pairs a la the recent Air Max 1 Patch.
It was inevitable that the "Infrared" Nike Air Max 90 return sooner or later–this year marks the 25th anniversary of the shoe, and the colorway is one that can be relied on to return every couple of years anyway. This version might not satisfy the purists, but at least it puts a new spin on a shoe that's already been released enough times that anyone who ever lusted after the look has had plenty of opportunities to get it by now.
There is no release date yet for the Nike Air Max 90 Patch "Infrared," but it is likely that the sneaker will release around Air Max Day (March 26).
UPDATE 3/22: New images via AIRMAXDISCIPLE, Solebox & @NikeLab. Solebox, based in Berlin, Germany, will be carrying the shoe this Tuesday, Mar. 24.
