After wearing the Nike LeBron 12 in his first 48 games of the season, LeBron James laced up the Ambassador 7 for last night's marquee matchup against the West-leading Golden State Warriors.
James wore the Asia-exclusive model in a blue and yellow colorway that loosely linked up with the Cavs' alternate uniforms. Ironically, he had his best scoring night of the season in the team model, going for 42 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists in a 110-99 signature win over the Warriors.
Last season, James made headlines for spurning his signature shoe for the cheaper Soldier 7. That's probably not the case here, but it's worth keeping an eye on, considering how well he played in the Ambassador.
