The shoe definitely has some hurdles to clear. For one, the Footscape tooling on bottom is a bit more alien to modern sneaker consumers than the Free. On top of that, this shoe doesn't appear to have any HTM connection, which the Free Mercurial Superfly benefitted from immediately with its quickstrike NikeLab release. A good silhouette is a good silhouette of course, but there's no doubt that the HTM mark is going to make some more coveted than others regardless. Given that pairs are already popping up in Europe, a U.S. release for the Nike Footscape Magista shouldn't be too far off. Additional blue and grey colorways are captured here.
