FILA plans to make their presence felt on Black Friday, bringing back the Grant Hill III (or 97) in a new colorway for the shopping holiday.
This version of the 97 sports a tumbled leather and Filabuck upper, with reflective detailing in the form of an underlay. FILA branding appears in a linear logo inset on the midsole, along with embroidery running down the tongue.
The ‘Black Out’ 97 releases this Friday, November 28 for $97 at fila.com and FILA retailers.
UPDATE 01/06: FILA has officially announced a new release date for the 'Black Out' 97. Look out for them at fila.com as well as select FILA retailers worldwide on Friday, January 16.
UPDATE 11/26: FILA has announced that due to unforseen circumstances, the 'Black Out' 97 will no longer release on Black Friday. A new date is to be determined. Stick with us here at Sole Collector for more information as it becomes available.
