This new Air Jordan 4Lab1 colorway will be in stores at the end of December.
You may have seen them on some official Nike calendars listed as black/infrared, but as you can see there is no infrared in this version of the shoe (although there is a colorway that fits that description that's still on the way). The shoe looks to the netting of the Jordan 4 for inspiration, and in turn plants that detail all over the upper. They've also got icy soles on bottom, which seems like a strange thing to include in a supposed Jordan 4 tribute.
