The adidas ZX Flux is finally available for full photo customization here in the U.S.
If you've had a chance to toy with the app - which lets you upload any photo, apply it to a pair, and then purchase them - then you know just how powerful it is in terms of DIY sneaker design. Supporting that was last week's adidas Originals event in NYC, which placed a host of community designs on display for viewing purposes. Also in the building was a massive recreation of the shoe with rotating designs projected on, and a live test of the app featuring different photo prints cycled onto the sneakers in real time.
