What exactly is the state of simplicity in sneakers? To put it simply, according to Kicks On Fire at least, it's dead. Despite the fact that minimalist sneakers' popularity seems to be at an all time high, influencer-level products being as straightforward as ever, and at least some designer collaborations being extremely basic, they point to a number of examples to support their conclusion.
