Nike Sportswear combines the classic Safari color scheme with a tribute to Barry Sanders on this upcoming colorway of the Air Trainer II.
The black and orange Safari colorway happens to be the same hues used by Barry Sanders' alma mater of Oklahoma State, which conveniently allows for this great new version of the Air Trainer II paying homage to the legendary running back. As you can see, this Air Trainer II also receives Barry's college number of 21 embroidered at the heel to go along with plenty of Safari-printed paneling throughout.
There's no word yet on a release date on the 'Barry Sanders' Air Trainer II, but pairs are arriving now at Asian retailers like mita. Expect them stateside soon, and stick with Sole Collector for an exact date which we'll report whenever it becomes available.
