With the end of another week comes the latest recap of the sneakers some of your favorite celebrities have been breaking out recently.
The headline in celebrity sneaker news this week was an official name for Pharrell's upcoming collection with adidas Originals. Dubbed 'adidas = Pharrell,' the collection promotes equality and positivity, a fitting stance following the success of Pharrell's chart-topper 'Happy.' As you'll notice in this week's watch, adidas is steady picking up momentum, and adidas = Pharrell is something everybody seems to be looking forward to.
Air Jordans 1 and 6 shared honors for Celebrity Sneaker of the Week. Rick Ross, Desean Jackson and Wiz Khalifa were among those who laced up MJ's debut sig, while the 6 was worn by 50 Cent, Macklemore, Fat Joe and more. With the 6 due out in a variety of colorways in the months ahead, it very well could end up being the shoe of the summer.
