Another 1980's adidas runner returns from the archives with this bringback of the APS. The APS isn't quite the same as your other favorite adidas retro runners, though, as it features a customizable cushioning mechanism which utilizes an adjustable spring shock absorption system. This system allowed runners to adjust the cushioning of the shoe, via a key-operated dial in the heel, according to their body weight, ground conditions, etc. for an individually ideal feel.
The APS returns in its original white colorway accented with red and blue along with a flipped 'Nighthawk' (black) version on May 1st, available at select adidas Originals retailers globally.
