This year, the decision was made to delay the launch of the newest Air Jordan game shoe until fall. While this was somewhat disappointing news, it does put the Air Jordan XX9 on target for a more traditional launch at the start of the season as opposed to All-Star break. While we wait, Long-7 provides some early launch information — just product numbers and colorways, but it does give us a clue of what to expect.
It appears the launch will start with a classic Bulls colorway (as it ALWAYS should) and an interesting Black/Orange-Grey make-up. Photos and pricing still to come, but at least we finally have something to talk about.
Do you think it's better to have the new Air Jordan available at the start of the season instead of the middle? While it was fun to see it launch around Michael Jordan's birthday, the move seems like an absolute no-brainer. Let us know what you think!
