The team over at adidas continues to make powerhouse endorsement moves, the latest being the addition of the San Antonio Spurs' 6'10" sharpshooter. Things became official last night, when the 'Red Mamba' fittingly made his 3-Stripes debut in the grey-based colorway of the Crazy 8 against OKC.
Bonner spent the previous 5 years famously playing in his beloved New Balance BB 8026. With the shoe now out of production, he had no choice but to look elsewhere for sneakers. There to lift him up was adidas, who will lace him up throughout the remainder of the season.
This isn't new territory for Bonner. Before his lengthy run in New Balance, he wore the adidas Pro Model S in 2007.
