Since Derrick Rose's signature sneaker line was launched in 2011, adidas has followed up the initial release with a .5 model at the midway point of the season. The second half shoe typically takes elements from the design and tech of the first shoe and applies them to a new and improved model for the playoff stretch.
Today, adidas officially launches the D Rose 4.5, a shoe that features a design inspired by Rose's on-court instincts. SprintWeb, SprintSkin and SprintFrame handle the construction as usual, while padding around the ankle has been increased to create a more ergonomic fit for enhanced comfort.
