Honoring the servicemen and women of the Armed Forces, the San Antonio Spurs have unveiled a new military-inspired uniform. The uniforms will be debuted against the Washington Wizards on Wednesday, November 13.

The camouflage-patterned uniforms were created to showcase the team's pride in the city nicknamed 'Military City USA.' San Antonio is home to Joint Base San Antonio, a military installation that includes the Army's Fort Sam Houston, Randolph Air Force Base and Lackland Air Force Base. It's estimated that more than 300,000 active and retired military and government workers live in San Antonio.

San Antonio's military uniforms are part of the adidas and NBA Pride Uniform Collection, inspired by each team's core identity. The green, olive and sand-colored camouflage jerseys feature the iconic Spurs alternate logo on the front with black and silver vertical stripes on the sides. The stripes continue on the shorts and are also branded with the Spurs alternate logo. The Spurs will wear the military uniforms twice during the 2013-14 season.

The game against the Wizards is the first of multiple USAA Salute Night games during the season in which USAA is offering up to a 40% discount on tickets to active military and veterans. Fans can purchase the camouflage jersey at the Spurs Fan Shop and nbastore.com beginning November 13.
