The Jordan Brand will honor the life of Isaac Arzate with the release of his own Air Jordan 5 Retro as part of this year's Doernbecher Charity footwear collection.
Isaac's Air Jordan 5 Retro celebrates his life with an inscription on the inner tongue, along with Isaac's number 9 on the heel, and a black graphic-covered upper appearing to share Isaac's great characteristics and traits.
Isaac Arzate, who was just 12 years old, passed away in April, 2012.
