Philadelphia's UBIQ revealed new images of its upcoming New Balance collaboration today, showing off "The Benjamin" 1600 in all its glory. First previewed last week in a teaser image, the UBIQ x New Balance 1600 looks every bit as good as we expected, taking on a patriotic theme for the upcoming 4th of July holiday. Inspired by Benjamin Franklin and Philadelphia's rich history as America's first capital, "The Benjamin" 1600 features a red and blue premium suede upper, speckled white midsole, classic gum outsole and a special 13-star tag marking the tongue, paying homage to the original 13 colonies.
"The Benjamin" will release at UBIQ on Saturday, June 29. Stay tuned for further release details.
