Sneakersntsuff and Reebok's latest collaboration is oficially unveiled with the "Polkagris" Reebok Kamikaze II, inspired by the Swedish candy we know as candy canes.

In 'White/Reebok Red', Shawn Kemp's Kamikaze II design lends itself well to the look of a candy cane, the minty treat that originated from Sneakersnstuff's native Sweden.

Via Sneakersnstuff:

The Reebok x Sneakersnstuff Kamikaze II Mid ”Polkagris” takes its inspiration from a great Swedish entrepreneur Amalia Eriksson, who back in the 1850's cooked up this delicious mint flavoured candy in an attempt to cure her daughters cold. The candy known in Sweden as Polkagris (Polka pig) has ever since become popular all over the world.

To really get that Polkagris feeling on the Reebok x Sneakersnstuff Kamikaze II Mid we of course went with a pretty obvious white and red color combination, but also coating it to give the whole shoe a bit of a marbeled effect - just as a proper Polkagris.

The Sneakersnstuff x Reebok Kamikaze II Mid ”Polkagris” will be released June 26th at Sneakersnstuff. In store at 12.00 CET and online at 15.00 CET.
