Berlin's Solebox provided further insight into its new Reebok Classic Leather collaboration today, revealing the inspiration behind the upcoming shoe. Named after the Sturnella militaris, or Red-breasted Blackbird, the Solebox x Reebok Classic Leather features a colorblocking scheme resembling the coloration of the small bird. The shoe's upper utilizes suede, oiled nubuck and leather, along with a terry cotton liner, waxed laces and a reflective heel tab.
The Solebox x Reebok Classic Leather "Sturnella Militaris" will release on May 25 at Solebox and other select Reebok retailers.
