Even though we're already into the playoffs, it's never too late to take a look at a dope shoe from this year's All Star Game.

LaMarcus Aldridge was one of Nike Basketball's big men who was treated to his own PE versions of the Air Max Hyperposite this season, with many great Blazers color combinations as well as his silver pair which are definitely a contender for best Hyperposite PE of the year.

For this year's All Star game, Nike Basketball also set up L-Train with his own exclusive version of the Area 72-themed Hyperposite, which we get a close look at here compliments of Modern Notoriety.  The shoe features a darker look than most of the Area 72 collection, with a black carbon fiber textured Foamposite upper and dark blue "Galaxy" printed Hyperfuse.  A "lava" Swoosh and lime green outsole and Air Max unit complete the extraterrestrial look.

Unfortunately like all of the best Hyperposite colorways, LaMarcus's version never hit retail.  Who would have been interested in picking them up if they had?
