Accidentally put into production prior to last year's release of the 'Photo Blue' Air Jordan 9 Retro, the Jordan Brand will now be releasing the 'Black Bottom' pairs we were never supposed to see.

The all new Air Jordan 9 Retro sports a full leather upper in black with photo blue handling the eyelets and contrast stitching just like last year's release version. Setting them apart is a black outsole sitting below, creating a look somewhat similar to the original Penny Hardaway AJ 9 PE.

The 'Black Bottom' Air Jordan 9 Retro will be available at a reduced price of $130, and is set to release Thursday, May 9th at 7PM EST on NikeStore.
