Since announcing a multi-year agreement with the Jordan Brand in October, Oklahoma City Thunder guard Russell Westbrook has hit the floor in Player Exclusive make-ups of the Aero Flight and Super.Fly and debuted the upcoming Air Jordan XX8 in two colorways. On Friday night, Westbrook flipped to the next chapter of his Jordan Brand story by breaking out a PE colorway of the classic Air Jordan 3 against the rival Lakers in Los Angeles.
The original "Black Cement" colorway acts as the base of Russy's PE, accented by OKC-inspired blue and orange hits on the eyelets, inner lining, collar, midsole and outsole. Yellow subtly handles various branding points. Should Jordan Brand drop this "OKC" PE in the future?
In his PE 3s, Westbrook scored 27 points, dished out 10 assists and grabbed 7 rebounds to help the Thunder cruise to a 116-101 victory over the short-handed Lakers.
